How should we fight against injustice met to me by corrupt officials knowing that legal system in India takes years to bring a person to justice?

Protocol – a set of steps, actions and guidelines that allow a small and honorable group to destroy a much larger malevolent adversary with greater resources that is acting maliciously and unjustly towards them by turning their actions against them and using information warfare tactics to augment your efforts to have them lawfully prosecuted and held accountable.
Iceberg - a large body of evidence about a given topic
Iceberg Tip - a subset of this evidence that is slightly ambiguous, open to interpretation, that will be misinterpreted, misconstrued and misused against you by your malicious opponent, who is unaware of rest of the iceberg of evidence.
Iceberged, Iceberging - When your opponent shows authorities their lies with the misconstrued iceberg tip when you have given authorities the full iceberg to easily prove they are lying, and discredit them.
Pyramid Writing - Take your 20+ page report, and summarize it (still hitting the important points) in 4–5 pages, and put that on top of your report. Then summarize it all in one page (hit all points), and put that on top of the 5-pager. Then summarize it in one paragraph, and include that in your cover page. This is your pyramid. You can send the whole thing, or just the summaries needed. People are 10x more likely to read a report in pyramid form.
Information Vectoring - Correspondence from you directly to your opponent has limited impact, especially if they are stronger. If you give that same information to a trusted authority, like police, courts, or regulatory agencies in the right format, and they deliver it to your opponent, that has much more impact, and they have to act on it accordingly.
Steps:
  1. Foundation
    1. Begin the engagement acting in good faith with the target
    2. Give them all chances to act honorably and in good faith as well
    3. Never be the aggressor, always let them act maliciously, and do not retaliate
    4. Send regular reports to a trusted agency about the target's actions
    5. Have that agency date-stamp, read, and vet and/or investigate your reports
    6. Contrast your good faith efforts with their maliciousness at every step
    7. Express your emotional distress and suffering related to the actions of the target
    8. Build your Icebergs of evidence from these reports
    9. Intentionally give your opponent Iceberg Tips to willingly use maliciously against you
  2. Priming
    1. Send a SHORT, evidenced summary of your claims to ALL enforcement agencies
    2. Name ALL potentially responsible parties in your summary
    3. Point out any contributing errors or omissions by the enforcement agencies to date
    4. Refer them to your trusted agent in Foundation for details
    5. Do NOT explicitly ask for prosecution of any party yet
    6. Ask enforcement agencies to wait for further information
    7. Let enforcement contemplate any errors they made and the consequences that resulted
  3. Box
    1. Give ALL enforcement agencies ALL relevant evidence against ALL parties
    2. Include all your full Icebergs, and highlight the target's lies about iceberg tips
    3. Inform ALL potentially responsible parties of Priming, with a short summary of those claims
    4. They will point blame at each other and alienate the target, leaving them without allies
    5. The target is now boxed in, vulnerable, and prone to panic and act rashly
    6. Explicitly state to your target your accusations and the estimate of damages because of their actions, but just the summary
    7. They will lash out and retaliate using their falsifications of your Iceberg Tips
    8. The agencies will Iceberg them and hold them accountable for their lies, with your help
    9. You were right, target is in the wrong, enforcement agencies did screw up
    10. Formally request investigation of all parties, and request explicit prosecution of target
  4. Catalyst
    1. Create incentive the enforcement agencies to prosecute aggressively
    2. Ask their controlling entities (government, chiefs, leaders) to push on the enforcement agencies
    3. Express outrage over the wrongs by the target
    4. Express omissions and mistakes by enforcement agencies
    5. Involve the public with the press, a focused demonstration and/or pointed reviews against target to pressure all above
    6. File lawsuits or take other legal action to add pressure
    7. Now reveal one last, compelling piece of evidence to prosecuting agencies
    8. Push on all of the above points to compel ALL enforcement agencies to prosecute aggressively
